FANLEND TOV ("Fanlend", "we") manufactures sports goods, games, toys, special-purpose equipment and leisure boats, builds other structures, trades machinery wholesale, runs retail and operates attractions, parks and recreation. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

Contacts of municipalities, schools and companies, project data, contracts and invoices.
3. Park visitors
Ticket sales are not linked to personal data. Event photos are taken as announced; you may ask not to be photographed. We do not knowingly collect data from children; where needed for events, data is provided by parents.
4. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (product safety, tax), legitimate interests (visitor safety).
5. Recipients
Certification bodies and subcontractors under confidentiality. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
